If you have a christmas eve hamper, what is in it?!

This is our 7th year doing christmas eve boxes. Well actually last year I changed it to one giant velvet Santa sack due to various shared items such as craft kits and dvds.

Ours has :
new pjs for all
Socks
Festive bath bomb
Xmas film
Hot chocolate
Popcorn
Personalised Thorntons chocolate for children
Reindeer food
Make your own twin snowglobe kit for children
Usually dig out a christmas book and santa sign to hang and pop that in too.

Any ideas for treats for adults? I'm thinking luxury ales and mince pies for DH hmmm. Possibly festive bubble bath too.

A magic key is so that santa can let himself into the house now that there aren't so many chimneys around.

New pjs
Toothbrush
Bubble bath
Book
DVD
Popcorn

I'm going to include marshmallows and chocolate biscuits to attempt to make s'mores.

Our elf leaves it for them about tea time on Christmas Eve. It's usually the same DVD every year as they never manage to watch it - they're always desperate to go to bed!!

My Christmas hamper comes out on 1st December, so includes things for the whole month.

Christmas books and dvds (usually add a new one of each, each year)
Advent calendar (lego Star Wars)
Magic key
Christmas magazine like CBeebies or something
Christmas craft kit

DS wears his festive pjs and jumpers for the whole of December. I like the idea of a festive bath bomb, might have to get a couple of those this year

Stitch Poundland have some gorgeous smelling xmas pudding bath bombs this year. I usually buy from lush or bomb cosmetics but saw them. They have a cute gingerbread man one too but the pudding smells sooo good

Good plan with the key. I remember being distraught that Father Christmas wouldnt come because we didnt have a chimney. DM without blinking said he came through the letter box. But we dont even have letterboxes on our door where we live!

Coming home from our Christmas eve walk (to look at the lights)to find the Christmas eve box, is one of my favourite parts of Christmas.

Yes I do the Dec 1st thing too instead of the Christmas Eve box - usually it has stuff in it from previous years like Christmas mugs / towels etc as well as advent calendars and any Christmas themed clothing (socks / PJs / jumpers) as I reckon they're for wearing before Christmas and a bit naff afterwards. Last year I stuck in 2 Christmas blankets as well as our house is freezing!
