Christmas photo book for DH starring the kids

Is this a mad idea? It would be their present to him, only I wouldn't tell them about it in advance cos the 4 year old can't keep a secret (and the 1 year old doesn't talk!)

I thought I could write a silly story line then discreetly take pictures over the next month... Maybe a superhero theme?

Has anyone done anything similar?

I do a calendar for most of the family every year. Love the book idea especially with personalised notes.
