For DD who will be 7 in December. She likes pink. I would rather something with a simple face that she can actually use to tell the time rather than something covered in images/patterns etc.

I had wondered about this from ELC

Any other ideas gratefully received!

I like that & great at half price but it seems a little childish to me for reasons I can't explain.
Have you looked at jewellers? Something like this www.fhinds.co.uk/watches/childrens-watches/Lorus-RG249KX9-Childrens-Pink-Time-Teacher-Watch-W5780

Thanks for the suggestions. I have narrowed it down to the flick flak model as the reviews for the Lorus suggested it was difficult to adjust the strap for skinny wrists!

My son is 7 and has the Lorus - he's super skinny and it is tightened up as far as it can go but it's not difficult to adjust at all, he does it by himself :-)
He loves his - got it last Christmas and it's the only thing he uses daily.

I bought that elc one last year for my daughters who were 4, it is pretty babyish. Timex do some nice ones that aren't expensive.
