Yep. I have been i bed by 9pm every night this week and thats after crashing out on the sofa after tea.

Feel fat and my skins a mess.

Just feel drained and rather flat.

Hope I perk up soon.

We had a horrible Christmas, so I'm rather glad it's over and normality has returned!

DH had the flu, I had a chest infection and my mother was in hospital.

We're all fine now though.

It will go down in history as the Christmas where very little was eaten and drunk - most bizarre!

I always think that January is the shittiest month. I always feel down in the dumps...the January sulks!

I love January, it's my birthday in a couple of weeks. I get to self-gift or demand all the stuff I didn't get for Xmas. Plus a few nice outings, no dry January here!

Yep, I've been feeling crappy. Massive row with dh, really missing dds as I went back to work - felt like quitting and living on bread and water. Really tired but can't sleep so getting in a stew. So far not so good January!

Not so bad this year but I was really busy at Christmas (8 in the house and I was up early and in bed late)

I don't drink so no worry about Dry January

I ate some pastry and cake so my bowels have been Hmm at me .

I was quite organised with my shopping, didnt force my DC to go out on planned trips (my DS is 16 he doesn't do Christmas jollity now)

Sad to think that 2 weeks ago was Christmas Eve.
We saw the Santa Sleigh (ok the Space Station thingie)

I used my Christmas Bedding even though it wasn;t cold.

DC still have their Christmas Bedding on (DD has woodland animal flannel from Primark, DS has Cozee Home but I turned it to the plain side) .Their Christmas fleece blankets are in the attic though.

I definitely felt the after Christmas burn this year, but I managed to get my energy back pretty quickly for New Year jubilations! Also held onto the leftovers far longer than I should have (barf)

Yes! I feel soooo down. Christmas didn't go to plan this year, so I think that's playing a part in my ferlings. I want to go back to December 1st and start again.

I am going to still watch a few recorded Christmas films this month, and write more ideas for Christmas 2016 in my Christmas organiser. Hoping this helps me get over the blues.

I have felt very flat too.

I am normally quite busy and organised, get up at 5 and run before work, have a strict rota for the housework, try and fit in a couple of nights socialising a week, etc etc.

This week I have done no cleaning (and I mean NONE, not even washing up, the house is grim), stayed in bed til the last possible second before work, and just put my pyjamas on as soon as I've got in.

I feel a bit sad.
