Magnetix, geomags, magformers???

I know this is last min but sister in law has just informed me that the gift she bought my 5 year old son is out of stock and can I pick something else. He loves science and construction toys but doesn't have anything like the above games. Can anyone recommend which is best? Thanks

Geomag is good and can be added to for future presents etc. I can't comment on the others as we have never had those.

Geomag is fab! Ds (4) got some for his birthday and is getting another set this Christmas. It's good quality stuff with endless play possibilities.
I can see Ds playing with it for years to come.

Thank you! It all looks very similar really but just wanted to check one wasn't the one to get. It is all expensive but if he will play with it it's fine. I can see him and his sister using this for years, hope so anyway!
