I saw a string of baubles above a doorway the other day - has anyone seen anything like that? I've looked on the JL, M&S etc sites and can't see them there but I thought some of you Christmas fiends might have seen them!

Are they paper ones?.... Dd has some pink/green ones in her bedroom from next.
My friend has multicoloured ones she bought from an independent artist/touristy shop x

No, not paper - glossy, brightly coloured baubles. I've looked at Next but couldn't see anything.

Thanks, shameful, I'll look at that site.

I think IKEA might have had them. But you can make them yourself with baubles and ribbon.

Thanks, heavenscent, but it's not that either! It basically just looked like about 20 - 30 brightly coloured baubles in a row. I couldn't tell whether they were stuck together or whether there was a thread going through them.

I had a housemate who decorated his room with those strings of beads that are sold to go on trees. He hung baubles on the strings of beads and they looked really really festive... They were held up with tape and kept falling down and I think he gave up on them when a string collapsed in the middle of the night dropping baubles on his head! With better fixings though I'm sure they would stay up!

Have a look on Pinterest - search for 'bauble garland'- I think you just thr ad baubles on to ribbon.
