Multi every time, white are not as festive IMO. Especially not the icy white ones.

Coloured, they're tacky and remind me of my 70s childhood!
White are much classier but they don't give me that real Christmas feeling Xmas Grin

I've got multicoloured ones now but my favourites were the now tangled red ones from a few years ago. My red & gold themed xmas tree looked amazing.

I do like the twinkly white, which I've had but they are quite stark, I've just been getting some red berry ones, well makes a change and they don't hurt my eyes.

Coloured lights on tree, white lights decorating the house.

Our house is old and has beams that look beautiful with lots of white lights on them.

Yes, I'd agree with coloured on the tree, white around the house, but also coloured outdoors. We have a string of coloured ones on the hedge outside, I love seeing gardens with brightly coloured lights at night.

White on the tree and in the garland on the mantelpiece and coloured lights around the tops of the kitchen cupboards. The 70s child in me can't resist some coloured lights!

I have a set of coloured and a set of white on our tree. Outside will be the flashy multi-coloured led type for the DC to enjoy (when I can be arsed to get outside in this windy weather).

Coloured, they are more Christmassey than white

All my neighbours have white outside lights, so I had to redress the balance with some multi-coloured and a disco light on a bay window. One of the neighbours said she nearly crashed her car when she saw them.

I have another two disco lights this year Grin

Warm White inside and out. Can't bear blue lights and hope they get outlawed - flashing ones give me a headache.

White. Unfortunately everyone else in the house prefers coloured so I'm outvoted.

Multi coloured here too for the tree. I love looking at it in the dark.
Warm white around the windows and down the stairs as they look pretty and bring the rest of my Christmas decorations " together".
(she says with hope).
