Every year Santa brings my dc 1 gift each or a joint present. This year all 3 want Minecraft pc, however its a download copy, so theres nothing to actually give. Any ideas on how I can give them it? Pc is not in the same room where we open gifts.

Minecraft posters or greetings cards you can add a message to.

Why not buy a Minecraft cuddly creeper and give them that to unwrap? If you go on Amazon they have the mini ones if you want to give them one each? Xmas Smile

They already have a few minecraft soft toys inc a creeper, but I might see if theres one they have not got and use that. Would you include like a gift voucher type thing? Thanks :)

How about a lot of boxes painted up to look like minecraft blocks, stuffed with newspaper/scrunched wrapping paper and a scroll hidden in 1 of them like a treasure hunt? That way there's plenty to open and make a mess have fun with Grin

We bought one of the handbooks and then printed out our own certificate to go inside. Lots of printable borders and pictures around so it was fairly easy to put together.

As far as I remember you can buy the download as a code, so we put the code on the certificate and the kids did the rest.

You could buy a voucher for steam which is probably where they will download it from if it's for PC, or if it's for Xbox you could buy Microsoft points?

I like the hidden scroll idea. Santa did something similar a few years back with Mario teddies. I didn't want to buy each dc every marii teddy, so bought one of each and put them in a big box filled with ripped paper. They loved it.
