£10 gift for tricky family member

I have a main gift for MIL which is lovely and she will like it (necklace) but we always buy two gifts for under the tree. A main and a £10ish gift that can be nice and sensible or a bit of fun. Really stuck on MIL. DH has no ideas.
She is quite particular and likes 'nice' things. In the past she has had a nice compact, reed diffuser (not so keen on that one), candle, fancy chocs, mini champagne and a lovely scarf.
Am stumped this year! Any ideas or links? All help is much appreciated [santa]

Nice gloves

Or a nice hand cream - Milton brown do nice ones for £10 (I'd be dead chuffed with that)

thinking about my DM who likes nice things...

Nice hand cream, a book that I would recommend (not a random one), umbrella, gloves, lovely socks, very posh chicks, purse...

Are you near to a tk maxx?

She must have gone through her compact by now? Max Factor do really good ones for £11. Sometimes they are 3 for 2 in Boots.

A nice diary or one of those posh "engagement books"?

Nice handcream and cotton gloves from Amazon (put hand cream on under gloves overnight).

Silk pillowcase.
