I took my DC to see FC at a very prestigious place last week. (I know November yuck! But really wanted to go and was the only date I could get. Was well worth it!)

Anyway, have booked to take them to an outdoors activity farm/petting zoo type place in early Dec. All very Christmassy. They love going there anyway. Will have a FC included in price.

Have just found that DP has booked and paid for (non refundable) FC in local shopping centre (again, will be an excellent one) in mid/late December.

3 FC's before Christmas. Dd is 3.4

Too much?

(She already understands about the 'real' FC ONLY coming while she sleeps and that these are his friends who come to spread joy and cheer and make sure children at good. Long story... Don't ask)

I think you're overthinking it, it's just FC, it's fine :)

Last year we went to 3/4 father Christmas and the kids were happy enough. This year I have a very savvy 5 year old so are only doing 2. Would rather do just the 1 but both are now tradition with either set of grandparents so can't drop either.

Think this year will be fine x

I don't want her to be confused and to lose her belief very young. I suspect her nursery will do one aswell.

But on the other hand, she will get so much joy out of it! Tbh, she just wants a chocolate coin from them!

Mama thanks.

I will definitely tone it down for next year. She will be at school anyway so won't be so many opportunities! [santa]
