Homemade gifts non alcoholic -something a bit special

Hello everyone, hope you can help.
My lovely dad has been v poorly this year and has had to completely give up alcohol. Normally I'd make something like Damson gin, limoncello, that kind of thing as gifts for family. This year that seems like a waste and a bit unfair. I often do chutneys but he doesn't eat that much of them really.
Do any of you creative clever people have any ideas for anything a bit special I might be able to make, please?
TIA

What about Florentines or honeycomb?

Jam?

Thanks for replying. Florentines might be a possibility, I keep meaning to make them. How will cordials keep? When should I make them? I have loads of blackcurrants, would it be better to freeze those and make later?

Try Delia's recipe, foolproof! Fudge easy too.
Not sure about cordials but think they would last ages.

pate is nice. just buy chicken livers or other and flavour accordingly.

you can hand-make chocolate.

pretty sure you can hand-make shaving soap etc too
