Google Cardboard Goggle thingies.....anyone got any instructions i can print out?!

Hi. Bought them of one of Reasties threads. Just wrapping them for DS and I think they need some sort of explanation wrapped with them!

Have googled and can't find anything about how to make them up, or about which apps to download.

Found some. My default browser is yahoo. It wouldn't show me any google products!!!
