I though I would make the "cups" the day before, and make some fillings, so was thinking of cold fillings, and then just to assemble on the morning, as a few people coming at different times, so will be a nibble to soak up any alcohol consumed on an empty stomach!

Bean mixture? Refried beans or maybe a three bean salad with lemon and coriander dressing on them?
