my dd is 11 and has had it pretty rough this year.

I have bought her a beautiful silver ring online for £14.99 and its arrived. Its perfect for her, its so beautiful and elegant and just perfect for her.

I know she will be moved to tears since its her first jewellery. I just cant wait to see her face!

What about you?

The Nokia Lumia I've bought for ds2
Poor thing being the middle child gets all the 2nd hand phones when we renew ours
I don't think he's ever had a decent brand new phone all to himself Grin

That's lovely. I remember my dad buying me a little silver ring when I was about 11. With my initial on. I loved it.

I'm excited about DS (age 2) opening his 'red engine' that he's asked Santa for. A bit nervous about DD's (age 5) playmobil fairy castle as I don't think it will quite live up to expectations!

DD's real camera. She's 4 and given the amount of selfies on my ipad will be over the moon!

It was a £20 amazon job. Not a proper expensive one before anyone flames me.

I'm excited about baby DD playing in her ball pit. Also DH requested chocolate so I have made him his own selection box with all his favourites in.

We've got dd a really lovely dolls pram - I think I spent longer choosing it than I spent choosing her actual pram, can't wait to see her face!

I love that feeling when you buy something and you know it's just perfect for the recipient; for ds this year it's a football facts book he's had his eye on - it's not always the big things, is it?!

DD got a Build A Bear for her birthday and she adores it. At the time she was allowed to choose one outfit but there was another she really liked.

Her letter to Santa described this outfit in great detail and I have managed to get everything exactly as she wanted it with a few extras.

I cannot wait for her to open it!

I cannot wait for DD1 to open the hobby horse I have bought for her. It was the last gift I got and I've had to say it's from DD2 as DP said no more gifts Hmm

She uses my broom as a horse at every opportunity and I know she's going to be thrilled.

Aw that's lovely, I loved my hobby horse as a child and my niece loved the one we gave her a few Christmases ago.

For me it's DS' new phone. He has asked for money off everybody as he wants a particular phone. We just bought it for him and he has no idea. He's had crappy, cheap phones for years and this is his first decent one.

Also, I have bought the McBusted album and concert tickets for my 7 and 10 year old dd's. They are massive fans and asked for the album but know concert tickets are expensive so haven't even asked to go. Eep! I can't wait to see their little faces when they realise they get to see them live.

The Anna coronation dresses I've made the girls! They were around while I was painting the panels & putting them together but never twigged what they are (despite watching Frozen a gazillion-and-one times). I've got posh boxes & tissue to wrap them in all fancy as well Grin

A scalextric a joint present for dh and ds, they have had a cheap h fake one from a carboot for last six months and it recently broke. They played it every weekend together.
Dh said once it broke he was gutted as he always wanted a proper one as a kid but his parents never got him one, I am not sure whos face I want to see more Grin

Not a present, but a card. I met someone yesterday who I am distantly related to, she is elderly and she just seemed so overwhelmed when it came to light in conversation earlier today that we are related ( didn't know her at all until yesterday), I think it means alot to her to have another person she can call family. I have written her a little card with a nice message in to tell her how pleased I am that we met, I'm looking forward to giving it to her when I see her tomorrow.

Yes op!!

I have done a small gift bag for a child I have never met, I am hoping it will be a lovely surprise and will help cheer her xmas....

for my own...I got a happy hopperz thing....I think its going to look great under the tree Xmas Grin as not wrapping it.....also of course The Elsa Dress although I have a horrid feeling its going to be itchy for dd to wear! still....

a little tent i think the little one will LOVE....and an etch sketch she will love...also sparkly gold crowns on headbands I think they will love....and look pretty in too...

I bet your dd is going to be over the moon with her ring.

I've got posh boxes & tissue to wrap them in all fancy as well

where did you get your boxes from in the end?

I had to go for a really really large gift bag with frozen figs on from tesco. its huge.....and I am not sure whether to drape dress slightly out of it, or put tissue over it in bag?

They're cake boxes from Poundworld believe it or not! But they're prettily decorated with flowers and polka dot bits.

I didn't make it to Tesco in the end for the bags.

I'd have it hanging out ever so slightly, just a touch of the hem maybe if you can.
