Lego minecraft, out of stock everywhere!!

Argh! I thought I had ordered the last First Night set from the lego store as it showed as in stock.... Got an email to say out of stock until after Xmas!

Everywhere I I've checked online is out of stock, does anyone know of anywhere that has this set in?

I left it too late - fortunately DS's birthday is in a couple of months so will have to wait until then for it. Could kick myself because I knew it would be popular! No idea why I didn't get round to it sooner. Have scoured t'internet for it but can't find any (except vastly overpriced on Amazon and I refuse to pay over the odds for it).

Yep it's £60 on amazon now! DS didn't tell me he'd like it til recently! Or would've bought ages ago.

The same thing happened to me, I ordered the crafting box on pre-order from wonderland models but got an email last week to say that Lego had messed up and they wouldn't have the set till January now.

Gutted as everywhere is out of stock now apart from sellers on Amazon with over inflated prices.

What's even more annoying is that while I was waiting for it Amazon had it in stock but I didn't order it because I was waiting for this one.

Deep breath. Calm Down. This is NOT the end of the world . My Lego-and-Minecraft-crazy DSs have a few Minecraft sets and they played with them for about two minutes. They were much smaller and less challenging to build than other Lego sets and strangely expensive (presumably because of the Minecraft branding). Are there any other sets they are interested in?

Have you tried in-store in the lego shops , plenty in Manchester arndale 2 weekends ago ?

Oscar, is that the new minecraft lego you are talking about (released this Nov) or the old ones in small square boxes? The new ones look quite good.

I managed to get a set when argos were doing 3 for 2, I have to say I was very disappointed in the size of the box compared to the lego friends set ( for the same price ) that I bought my other dd. it is very overpriced for what you get so no way would I pay full price or the crazy prices on Amazon or ebay, I know my dd will love it but I don't think it will be her favourite gift.

I logged onto the Lego store to check my order status and it's changed this morning from 'backordered' to 'in warehouse', so I'm hoping this means it'll be shipped shortly

They also have The Farm in stock on there if anyone is looking for this.
