Portable North Pole website problems

Is anyone else have issues loading pictures for a video from PNP website? I've tried about 8 times today using different log ins to create a video for DD but every time I've tried the photo's I've loaded don't come up on the video. Anyone else having this issue? I need the video to work for DD tomorrow!

No but I had this problem last year. Are you trying to do it on a tablet?

Nope, on my macbook but I think it's an older version of windows (not windows, whatever the macbook equivalent is ). Maybe I'll try on the kindle and see if that works.

What's happened to the app for iPhone? Is there a reason it's still not available with 2 nights til 1st dec? I have a 9 yr old DD just about still believing & this just might tip her over the cliff if I can't get the app!

Might try this again this year, to serif they can pronounce DS's name. Was most disappointed they couldn't last year!
