can you have a few jewel colour ornaments on an otherwise white tree?

My tree has a beautiful collection of white/ clear glass ornaments that I've built up over the years. I also have a few gold and silver ones in there for added sparkle. I love my tree

However I've taken a real fancy to some jewel coloured decorations I've seen. I could probably get around 8 of them but that would be decoration budget blown. Would so few look odd on an otherwise white tree?
