What were the best gifts you got (or your dc were given) for a very active toddler?

Balance bike and micro scooter and trampoline

Interested in this one. I'm planning to get my very active toddler things that might actually help her calm down and play with more focus - a dolls house and books.

It might be best to exhaust the toddler first by being very physical - then trying something like play dough or feltips where fine mother skills are needed but the product is pretty instant

Grin

Got a balance bike but not yet grasped it. Will he be too young for micro scooter at 18 months? He is obsessed with other kids on them...

Fine motor skills....yeah right! That involves being still! We have been working on a magnetic fishing game mind and he has that down so maybe we are making progress on that!l

Trampoline could be fun lol.

Thanks! X

A happy hopper, he can just bounce around the house burning off energy!

Two things for my son - he is 2.2 - a mini push along buggy (john lewis) and reigns disguised as a shark backpack (Jojo)

We just go on epic walks together...it tires him out and he adores pushing the buggy!

DS is 2 on new years eve and will be getting a micro scooter for his birthday. He has been pretty good on it for the last six weeks (so since about 20 months)
