Quick feedback for 1-4-All Gift Voucher (Post Office) please

I'm looking to purchase a 1-4-All Gift Card from the Post Office for a secret santa present. I've not used this type of gift card before - does it require any complicated registering; is it easily cashed in at their advertised retailers etc? Any feedback would be appreciated. Cheers.
