Boots did a Calender last year.
The Benefit one is limited availability and had some nice things if you want mini sizes - but I was a bit put off that 3 of the presents were hair grip or jewellery type.

Last year John Lewis did a ginger biscuit one - it was my advent calendar, and I didn't share at all. I will be looking to see if they do it again this year!

Ooo, I saw that gingerbread biscuit one in JL yesterday, it looked scrummy. I was thinking about getting it to put into our fabric calendar as DS loves gingerbread but some of the pieces are too big.

Tbh, as lovely as the ginvent calendar was it was probably a bit wasted on me. I love gin but I'm no connoisseur. I'd probably be just as happy buying a bottle of Hendricks, decanting it into 24 small bottles and making my own calendar. It would have been a lot cheaper and just as enjoyable!
