Stockings that don't cost the earth?

I would love to buy my children a forever stocking (maybe personalised) that would be big enough to fit a few gifts- maybe a DVD/book, bubbles, socks, toothbrush, pencils, notebook, chocolate coins and a satsuma!
Has anybody come across ones that don't cost megabucks?

I got one for DSs first Christmas from ebay, quilted patchwork personalised. very traditional and very lovely! I then got one for DD 2yrs later from the same buyer so they have matching traditional ones.. paid 6.99/7.99 inc postage for them Smile

I bought plain stockings from hobby craft. £3 each. Then cut out initials out of felt and glued them on. This year I'm going to add some snowflakes as I ran out of time.
