Make your own den ideas please.

Hi, I'm trying to get a bundle of things for DC to make a den.

I was thinking-
Green leaf army netting
Torch
Whistle

Any more ideas and reasonable priced websites

Indoors or out?
Ground sheet, rope, tent pegs.

What's he going to support the net with, trees, climbing frame or chairs inside?

Is he going to sleep in it or want it a bit rainproof, in which case you need a tarpaulin of some sort.

Great idea, I have had bivouacing guides in my back garden they really enjoyed it. Even if they did radio (we have some PX Walky talkies) for hot chocolate just as we went to bed. Softy of a DH made them some.

Outdoors, we have lots of trees to tie it on to if that helps.

No he won't be sleeping out there, just a fun activity during the day.
