Lost my name books

I saw a link to these on here and they looked lovely so I ordered one on the 23rd November but so far it hasn't come and no one has replied to my emails.
I'm wondering if I should take it up with paypal. Did anyone else order one and has it arrived?

I've ordered a couple now and they really are lovely! I would give it 2 weeks as Royal Mail are very busy and it takes lostmy.name about 5 days before they dispatch them.

Oh and it comes in an a4 carboard envelope so easy enough to fit through the letterbox. They are on twitter, maybe try them on there?

I ordered 2 about a week ago and at the time they said they could no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas as they had been inundated with orders. So they were giving some money off. I ordered them anyway as both my DC have birthdays in January so am hoping they are delivered in time for their birthdays. Am sure if you ordered in November though that they would arrive before Christmas.

It said 10 days delivery when I ordered so I expected it to come a few days ago. It's the only thing I'm waiting on now! It's been nearly 3 weeks. That seems quite a long time.
I tried on their FB page but got no answer.

Still nothing and no reply either.
I need the book by the 20th else I will have to buy something else! If it doesn't come by tomorrow I think I will have to open a paypal case. It will be three weeks and I will have heard nothing. It's a shame, they look lovely.

Strangely I nearly didn't order as I had a feeling it wouldn't come. In FB there are quite a few people who are experiencing similar problems.

It's such a shame as they really are lovely. I can only assume they are currently overwhelmed with orders. I've emailed them before as I wanted to know if they did a hardback version and they replied within 24 hours.

Mine took ages to arrive (ordered on 29th Nov) but it came on Tuesday and it isgorgeous.

I ordered 6 days before you bunny.
I've emailed them three times but nothing. Finally rang them and they now say they have no record of my order.
I will never use them again.

I'm really sad because the books look beautiful and ds would have loved it. Will have to go through paypal. Guy on phone was very nice have to say but in general not thrilled with the service.

Have just received an email from them saying they've discovered another bug in their system which means over 200 people's orders have been missed. Apparently they will now be sent out next week by courier. Who knows if they have my details or not?!

So will have to wait and see if the book arrives I suppose.

I was just slightly concerned no one was answering me and now it turns out they hadn't processed the order so I'm glad I kept chasing it. They seem a bit overwhelmed!

I ordered 2 on Dec 5th and I received an email yesterday to say they have been sent and they should be with me by Jan 1st. I don't mind if they come after Christmas as I can give them to the DCs for their birthdays in January. Would be great if they arrived by Christmas Eve though, both the DCs have very short names so am reserving judgement until I actually see the books.

You can preview the books when you go on their website and go so far as to read each page. I think if your dc has a short name then there's stuff about going on a journey over a rainbow to bulk it out a bit.

Argh. I wish mine would arrive! If only I hadn't chosen the day their systems played up to order.
Slightly annoyed though as contacted them about ten days ago and they said it had been sent out. Then nothing. Contacted again and apparently no record of mine or 227 other people's orders.

I'm still dubious as to whether or not it will ever arrive.

I almost ordered one by my computer told me there was a problem with the security of their server & warned me not to proceed. I contacted them about it, they said they were aware and it was fine to go ahead but I didn't want to risk entering my payment details. Did anyone else have this?

No but I'm still pissed off because basically Lost My Name have Lost my Order. I did see on their fb site that I also tried contacting them through that other people said they'd have a problem with the security certificate.

I think Im going to have to get my money back through paypal. It's been nearly 4 weeks since I ordered.

Ours arrived yesterday despite LostMyName saying when I ordered that they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. They are very nice, I will be ordering some more for birthdays next year.

Argh! Don't tell me this! Mine was ordered in NOVEMBER. They were guaranteeing christmas delivery then.
They lied.

Mine has still not arrived. It has now been four weeks. They have now told me twice that it has been sent special delivery. And then told me oh no sorry it hasn't we still have no record of your details.

I ordered 10 books for Xmas back on Nov, which arrived. I only opened one just to see what they looked like ... Beautiful..
So put the rest away to wrap later .
So went to wrap today & 2 of them aren't mine & 2 of mine are missing!!!!! & they are Christmas presents...
So there is a Sheree & Stephen out there who ordered a book for SAMUEL their son & MAXIMUS their nephew which I have!!! I am missing 2 books for BRODIE & JETT DANGER... Did anyone get one by accident !!!!!!

I ordered my book in November and paid for tracking. Estimated delivery 15th Dec and no sign of the book. Apparently the print house sent a batch out untracked. Mine was in that batch so we have no record where it is. Apparently it was posted 2nd Dec in 1st class post. They keep saying there are delays with christmas post. Fair enough but it shouldn't take over 3 weeks for 1st class to arrive. They refunded my tracked postage of £5 but I still don't have my book. Very disappointed with the service. They will refund if it doesn't arrive by Christmas.
