He has outgrown most of his toys so I'd really like to stock up his toy collection with stuff more age appropriate. So far I've bought:

Superman/Batman pjs
Lego city starter kit
Couple of books (DH bought them, not sure which they are)
Few cheap stocking fillers

I'd like to get a couple more things though. He doesn't get bought a huge amount of things during the year and he never asks for anything so I'd like to treat him.

DS2 is 4.3. He really enjoyed planning with Georello gears the other day when we got DS1's set out of the loft. Actually this set is the one we have which is doubly good as you can decorate it with the little pegs.

He also has the Playmobil big zoo which he likes quite a bit.

Unfortunately he's getting a Furby Boom this Christmas as he covets the one his sister got for her birthday....

To share with 6yo sister:
Musical instruments - planning to get lots of nice ones so we can make a band (will have to leave that til later in the day though in fairness to the neighbours :o)
More lego (stuff like wheels as well as normal bricks)
Craft supplies
Hama beads/boards
Shrinkles (although they may get one set each)
DVDs

Just for him:
Books - mostly ones he's enjoyed from the library, stuff like Julia Donaldson
Fix It Felix outfit assuming I manage to make one
Jigsaw (Melissa and Doug)
Orchard toys farm mat jigsaw (he's already got the road which is compatible)

Considering getting the playmobil penguin pool and there'll be other bits like a board game, little planes and stuff in his stocking.

That includes presents 'from nanny' etc as most family members give money to us so we choose. Very lucky boy this year! :)

Ds (4.5)
Some Imaginext dinosaurs
Light strike guns
Big box of loads of craft things
Personalised book about a knight
Gooey louie game
Silly moo game
Furreal daisy the cat (quite niche to my ds I suspect)
Doc mcstuffins doctor set - as above
Sprudels
Dino dig
Few books
Disco ball for his bedroom

He's having a playmobil take and play vet's clinic from my parents, and a globe, knight's outfit and a couple of other games off everyone else.

Think I'll look into fireman costume and Imaginext Batcave, and a Spider-Man figure.

Some of the toys mentioned above I haven't heard of, so I shall go and investigate.
