Need ideas! Advent calendar gifts for teen boy

I have a special advent calendar that I put my own small presents in for the DCs.

My daughter is easy - nail polish, earrings, bubble gum, pens etc.

But I'm really having trouble finding presents for teen DS. He has braces, so there are limited lollies he can have. So far I have come up with a nice pen and a guitar pick, but that's all!

Any ideas?
The holes in the advent calendar are quite small - about 8cm - 10cm.

Codes/vouchers for songs in iTunes, or Kindle books?

Yes that is hard! i would probably mainly go with foodstuffs but you'll know what he can manage. Other top of head things:

Seeds for garden
Mini grooming products like shaving foam, spot cream etc
Shoelaces
Funky hat
Skateboard or bike stickers
Chapstick
Socks
Pants
Squash ball
Novelty Top Trumps
Star Wars Lego keyring or light
iTunes voucher (agree with other poster)
2014 tear off desk calendar
Mug
Hot chocolate swizzle stick
Mini cookbook
Artists pencils
Tuning whistle
Satsuma
Hook for bedroom
Funky doorknobs for bedroom furniture
Wall stickers

Kind of depends on his bent/needs and how much money you are wanting to spend (I reckon I racked up 'shit loads' for you there Hmm).

You can get samples of aftershave and other smellies in bundles from ebay, they might fit?

Little toys like nano blocks might still appeal (they do to my brother who's now in his thirties!)

Earphones?

Chocs are a good standby.

Last thought, if you google miracle berry tablets, they are a tablets that changes how foods taste (totally harmless!) They have them on amazon, I think. You'd have to cut a strip up for them to fit, though.

USB stick, nail clippers, magic facecloth, bookmark (leather or fabric, rolled up), cufflinks, keyring, penknife, mini torch, padlock, pedometer, luggage tag, earring?!, book light, scratchcard/lottery ticket, playing cards, indoor fireworks, pen/pencil, comb/brush, bracelets (think Topman), tie, mini joke book.

Can you tell I've been making lists for cracker presents for my 2 sons!

Agree it's much harder to find things small enough for boys. You could wrap some bigger things and put in a gift bag then put a 'lucky dip' card in the calendar? You could do for DD too to fill any gaps. Is DS an older or younger teen?
