I was in an M&S foodhall yesterday and did wonder whether I should go over and see if the M&S Christmas Food Brochure was yet available! Obviously I could feel it my waters!

I've got about £60.00 in M&S Vouchers that I've held on to to order the christmas dinner. How I love ordering and collecting the morning of the 24th. The food always taste amazing in my opinion.

I hot-footed it into M&S Food Hall to pick up a printed copy - none to be seen anywhere Sad!

I want to order everything!

Who ordered last year? What was really nice?

I had a look and thought it was all a bit underwhelming. Annoying as I usually get a lot of Christmas stuff from there.

HavantGuard · 03/10/2013 17:08

The Waitrose stuff looks amazing though.

£45 for 1.4KG of beef, decent Tescos works out about £18

This isn't any old rip off, it's an M&S rip off Grin

Report
HavantGuard · 03/10/2013 17:17

I can't get a link to work but it's up on the Waitrose site.

Which reminds me of a conversation I heard when late night shopping in an M&S food hall last christmas.

Guy on phone, looking harrassed:

'they haven't got the dessert you put on the list'....

'yes, they've got others but I didn't know what your second choice was'...

'but if I come home with the wrong one is that worse than coming home with no dessert at all?'...

I just felt like giving him a hug Smile
