Elusive advent calendar

I don't know if anyone can help me....

I had an advent calendar when I was about 18...about 12/13yrs ago. It was a freestanding cardboard 3d Victorian looking Christmas tree. There was a pop up 3D gramophone which if you lifted a flap, played random Christmas carols. The doors were on the tree itself, and behind each one was a vintage style toy or decoration, which you pressed out and could hang on the tree. Quite large, all in all maybe 18 inches? I'm sure it came from Pastimes or some oldy worldy shop like that. Pastimes no longer exists.

I desperately want one for DS this year, and have been googling furiously to no avail. Can anyone else find one online for me? I will love you forever....
