Does anyone know if there are any christmas markets in the north east?? i can only find christmas craft fayres.

How far North East? When I lived in Durham I used to go to York. It was also reasonable to get the ferry to Europe. Christiansand in Norway didn't have a market but the tiny shops were gorgeous and there was snow everywhere!
