baked too much! is it to late to freeze?

Hi hope you all had a good Christmas. I had a major baking session Sunday and there is still quiche and some sausage rolls still untouched. Both were made fresh with no previously frozen products. How long will the quiche last for if it was cooked Sunday or should I freeze it to use at a later date?
