DD is 9 but going on 13! She has in her stocking, stationary, smellies, colouring books, chocolate,

DS is 13 and he has £10 starbucks voucher, £10 Cinema voucher, Smellies, chocolate in his.

You could put her some vouchers in, Make up, Smellies, Nail Varnish, make up bag, compact mirror, depends what sort of girl she is, my DD would love all that now - she is very girly!

My daughter is 11.5 and for her stocking I've got a small set of compact mirror and tiny makeup brushes from Boots, some nail varnish, sweets, tangerine and a £1 coin, lip gloss (funky - in a glittery baseball boot from peacocks - I know it'll be rubbish but she can hang the baseball boot on her school bag), some pencils, pens, stickers, a felt elephant brooch from Folksy, a pair of gloves, hair bobbles and a bath bomb from Lush.

this is top trumps, not sure if girls play it much, you can get them on all sorts of topics and tv shows.

those were the sorts of things my DD(13) likes - yes, girls do like Top Trumps too.

So far we've got chocolate coins and mouse; a couple of science museum things from sainsbos; ukelele pitch pipes and chord chart (she asked for a uke this year); a cool pencil that looks like a flute, a dachshund-shaped pen, That's what I call music 83 CD. I'll probably pick up some nail varnish/lip gloss/eye shadow/bobbles and of course there'll be a satsuma and some nuts (a packet not in-shell like I used to get). Oh, and socks, that's a tradition.

Love that list Grimma! My DD is into music and plays the flute and cellos so I love the music themed gifts!

I've just realised reading that she specifically asked for a pick or plectrum or whatever it is one strums a uke with.

So far I've got her choc coins, nail sticker things, mini nail varnish, toothbrush and will get her toothpaste as well (tradition!) New Look bracelets, a moustache ring (don't ask) earrings, clip in hair extensions, red& blue, and rather randomly, some fake fingers with nails for her to practice her nail art stuff on :)

The latest thing is to draw a tiny tache on the inside of their first finger and then hold it up above there mouth before taking a pic. No idea...
