Tesco clubcard exchange not working

Please can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?!

I exchanged my points for vouchers worth 10 pounds off at Tesco direct yet when I add them at the checkout only 4.59 comes off. It happens for all the vouchers.

Everything in my basket is included in the exchange. I must be going wrong somewhere.

Anyone had similar problems?

Sorry can't help but saw you mentioned this yesterday and didn't want to ignore you! I have never had this problem, perhaps phone customer care and I'm sure they'll sort it out for you.

I had same In August and it was a real arse...there is an exchange number you can ring I think - anyway I ended up doing it over the phone

I called them last week about changing vouchers online. They are having troubles with their websites as they did last year!! She said best way was to go into store and exchange vouchers there for either store or online use.

I got fustrated as 10 different things I looked at last night were all out of stock!!

I've been tearing my hair out trying to work it out!

I'll give them a ring tonight as the nearest store is ages away. Things in my basket keep going out of stock - it's so irritating.

I had this but have now managed to spend them ok. They have had system problems and reactivated the codes. You will need to delete them out of your basket

I had problems at first. I left it a fe wdays and tried again - awaiting delivery now.

Actually inputing data and waiting for the exchange voucher codes by email was frustrating. Spending took no time at all.

i had similar problems, deleting all the codes and starting again worked for me.
