Hobbit LEGO

Anyone know when it's due for release? I can see it on the LEGO website but not in the actual shop bit.

Ds1 has just read the book and would LOVE it.

Amazon says delivery in 4 - 7 weeks! I have been eyeing it up for ds, surely it will be released at around the same time as the film (13th December - we have our tickets booked ) and certainly in time for Christmas! I hope so anyway!

I think release date is 1st December - I have read it somewhere on the internet but cant remember where now. I am also thinking hobbit lego would be more apppropriate for ds than lord of the rings but what and how much of it will be available from 1`st December

i feel the same about LOTR lego...

finished the Hobbit with ds 8 and half way through 1st LOTR

he would love this set
