Hi,

The annual kids Xmas party at my work is coming up and they need ideas for presents from Santa for the kids, budget is £15 per child and needs to be from either Toysrus or Argos.

I've already exhausted my list of ideas to relatives, any suggestions mumsnetters for my 3yr old DS and 6 month old DD?

Many thanks!

sorry! DD nothing so far (was going to wrap some of DS's baby toys and put the money in her bank account!)

DS has some imaginext, wooden Thomas engines, jigsaws, orchard games, pretend shops and doctors kit and can't remember!!!

I did wonder if that k'nex stuff was any good?

Marble Run was popular here at that age as was Magna Doodle and the Play doh barber shop.

Just over £15, but something that should excite every boy: www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9046498.htm

K'nex Kids is great too, DS who is also 3 loves his little set and he is getting more for Christmas. The kids version is much better for little hands.

Ds loves cars - those cheap hot wheels ones. About £1 each.

Books?
