Wooden marble runs

I'm after a wooden marble run for my 7 yo DS. It needs to be wooden (more hard-wearing as he has ASD), and preferably not too complicated (or expensive!) so that he can play independently.

All suggestions gratefully received.

My 3year old has this (he likes the bell and the spinning wheel) not too many pieces but can change layout etc.

I like the tub it comes in so all pieces can be kept safety together.

I think they do bigger versions too if you think that one might be a bit small.

we have the quadrilla marble run. Quite expensive but it can be bought in smaller sets and added to, so great as a suggestion for others to buy too. Very chunky and stable and can make lots of combinations. There are lots of YouTube videos of people that have made huge versions. HTH.

The The Marble Run Shop website sells lots of different marble run brands, so you might see one you like on there.

The Quadrilla and Haba ones are both wooden. Not tried either myself, as DS is still a bit too young, but there's plenty of youtube videos of people using both of them, and they look like lots of fun.

Sorry for the late response, thank you for your suggestions. We're going to try our local Aldi first and see if they still have any in stock.

We had a wooden run. It was really hard and very frustrating as it relied on balancing the bits not clicking them together.
