I buy loads of those part baked bread buns.

I never know what to do about bread at christmas - leave it out and it goes off before you eat it, no room to freeze it because the freezer is full of nicer things!

So I buy loads of the part baked breads, they have a good month or so on the use by date and you can just put them in the cupboard. Fresh bread when you need it.

Cat litter
Loo roll

And did I say gin? grin

Lemonylemon Tue 23-Oct-12 15:40:38

If you don't mind the taste, long life milk is a good one to stock up on.

Jar of sliced lemons.... for that gin!

Ice cubes (for the gin)
Calpol
Sellotape
Bin liners
Dishwasher tabs
Foil

All the usual every day stuff that it's easy to forget, cereals, butter, eggs etc.
