Looking at getting DD2 some for xmas.
She's only 2.5 but older than her years thanks to an older sister (4yrs)

Looking at the Disney Princess ones but they get very mixed reviews.

Anyone any experience? Any recommendations?

We tried several childrens walkie talkies over the years and none of them worked, then last year brought the Binatone ones from Argos, think they were around £30 so quite a bit more expensive but they are brilliant.

We can hear each other clearly up to a mile away and they are simple to use too.

Our youngest was four when we brought them and she easily got the hang of them.

The Lego ones (not actually made out of Lego). We got them in JL but can't see them there now.

We had national geographic ones - they were shit so we exchanged them for 'real' walkie talkies. They were fab, I wouldn't bother with toy ones.

I am getting ds walkie talkies as he has wanted some for ages.
I am not going to get kids ones though, as I want there to be a good range so he can play properly with other dc's, so I am getting these
