My daughter will be 3 in March. Looking for gift ideas to keep her occupied over winter. Also we will be moving to a house which a much larger garden so looking for outside toys/play equipment as well. thanks

Sandpit. In the winter you could fill it with balls and gave it inside.

Giant chalks. They wash off the patio in the rain!

Wooden lets pretend kitchen and a wooden dolls house have been massive hits and has been great value for money. Outside we have a little tykes playhouse which got lots of play this summer and a little tykes slide which has been great but probably will be outgrown quicker than the other things.
We have a CD player with microphones from ELC that is very popular with a cbeebies CD in it to sing along to. Any type of dress up costumes are really loved, and duplo bricks are getting lots of play too. The Vtech kidizoom camera is another favourite that comes out time and time again to be played with.

Ds is 3.4 and likes Toys which are aimed at a slightly older age group eg. Lego and playmobil. He also likes role play sets like drs/ police etc however he only likes to play with these with us, so not useful to entertain her when you're moving maybe?

Outdoors, he likes his big boys bike, scooter, skateboard, sand and water table and various ball games.
