Hi everyone I really need some help buying a Christmas prezzie for my good friend.

She is 30, a fitness freak, works in advertising and is a real girly girl.

I cant think of what to get her and I need to act now because I wont be around for Christmas and I want to avoid the Christmas shopping crowds in late November.

She's a very good friend who always buys me a gift at Christmas so maybe a combination of gifts would be nice but I would like to keep it under £70.

Thanks!

Sarah

You could get her a running band to measure her pace, distance etc they cost around £35 - £40 if she's into running that is.

I got my brother a nike one last year like this: www.amazon.co.uk/Nike-Sportband-2-One-Size/dp/B002UPNGOA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1349859000&sr=8-3&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

but now wants the new Nike fuel one but that's £200 (no chance)!

As she's a girly girl you could get her some cosmetics, if she's a 'my body is a temple person' then I recommend a gift set from Pure Body Butters,
Its only £12.50 and 100% natural. www.purebodybutters.com/index.php/our-products/moisturising-gift-set

Maybe you can get her both!

Trendy (but functional) fitness kit from somewhere like Sweaty Betty? I bought this bag for a friend and she loves it -www.sweatybetty.com/statement-down-gym-bag-prodba0171_blackcharcoal/

Thanks for the link Annh, managed to visit the site without problems, I'm not sure about the gym bag but I know she will definitely like some gym clothes. I was considering getting the sneaker balls but I don't think she'll appreciate that. ;-)

@ olympicaddict as for the running band she already has a top notch garmin thingy which she raves on about but the gift set from Pure Body Butters looked so good I bought one for her and one for myself!

Ok now what to get for my fussy mother in-law? :-)
