Put a 400g block of milk chocolate broken up into a pan. Add 400ml milk and heat, stirring all the time, and then whisk and serve. Yummy! Obviously this can be adjusted to suit tastes. And I'm hoping to experiment with some flavouring soon. Have fun!

There's a pin on pintrest of homemade chocolate powder. Top of my head it was milk powder cocoa powder cinnamon and tiny chocolate stars.

If you do it with melting actual chocolate always add a bit of vanilla essence.

Jamie Oliver has a recipe for hot choc. It's thick and delicious. Google "Jamie's Epic Hot Choc"

Best chocolate ever in Argentina.

Hot milk plus a small chocolate bar just big enough to fit in the mug.

They give the hot milk in the mug and leave you to dip the bar yourself.

They call it a 'submarino' for obvious reasons.

I make "sipping chocolate" for my dd, served in an espresso cup. I use Elmlea - enough to not quite fill the cup - and, in a bowl in the microwave, I melt 3 or 4 squares of chocolate into it, whisking it till it's smooth once it's melted. Really simple and delicious.
