For the kids Xmas eve hamper? I was going to get them each a Harrods bauble, but I'm not sure I'm down in London before Xmas. I used to buy them the Disney store limited edition snow globe, but they seem to have stopped them Sad both of which had the year on.
So any ideas from you fab Mnetters would be greatly welcomed Grin

Not a bauble but DD2 has a John Lewis Christmas teddy each year. He has the year on his foot. They only come out at Christmas and sit round the bottom of their tree (which saves on a tree skirt).
We do give our DD's christmas baubles each year but just normal ones. Weirdly they can remember the order that they were given so can work out the year! As they have their own {pink} tree to hang them on we stick to a theme, DD1 has angels and DD2 penguins/polar bears.

the dc's have their own tree ( its a mini one) want to buy their own decs this year, card factory have some baubles for 99p with various daughter, sister, messages to santa. cheap and cheerful glittery things but they can get a few then. Failing that ebay has some lovely personalised ones with dates ect added at your request.

Love that your DCs can remember what order they got them, CleanHankie
Mine also have there own tree, but it's all garish and Disney. I'd like them to have a beautiful one that they can put on there own tree when they leave home Smile

Depending on your budget... DH & I get the Swarovski snowflakes each year. They are hideously expensive not a cheap option but they look amazing on the tree.

We have one for each Christmas we've spent together, & each one is unique and has the year on it. I have a plan that as the years go by all we'll have on our tree is lots of lights & crystals :)

Wow Dharma that will be a beautiful tree! A bit beyond budget for this year, (3DCs x £50 Shock) but, I've looked on the site and I'm in love with the 3pk od metal and crystal snowflakes. < considers wether the children actually need boots this year Wink>

We have bought the annual Xmas dec every year from Swarovski from the year ds was born. When dd arrived, we allow her to choose a Xmas themed dec of her choice from Swarovski (they have lovely penguins, trees etc each year) with the intention that when they both have families of their own, they will be able to put them on their own trees and maybe continue the tradition.

There's a great shop on fb called funkylime that I saw my friend had ticked she liked, they do personalised handmade ones, quite cheaply too by the looks of things. Might be worth a look?
