Next month is my DD Christmas Fayre.
The school ask for things to sell, a 'colour' item- each class in given a colour and you take a gift ,value up to £5- to sell on the Rainbow Stall.

And CAKES:

So I need ideas. This is my DDs last year at Junior school and she's my youngest. So the Last Christmas Fayre for me Grin

They do a cake stall/tea shop stall. So things to eat there that will appeal to DC.
And some to buy to take away (so these can go in cellophane bags)

TIA

Flapjacks are good, you can do plain ones, ones with fruit in, ones with melted choc drizzled over them and set and so on. They can be any size you like and you could do packs of assorted mini flapjacks, and ordinary sized ones for the teas and to buy individually.

Gingerbread and parkin can be cut into chunks, little fairy cakes are always popular especially when decorated with sweets. Or what about cookies?
