Gift Ideas for my elderly disabled Grandma

My Gran is severely disabled, she cant move without help and spends all of her time in a chair. She has really bad Arthritis so cant do much with her hands. Im at a loss at what to get her for Christmas, any ideas or suggestions would be really helpful!

We got my granny a tape recorded and audio books. She loved it. My aunt worked in a library and couldn't keep up with the number of books she wanted. She thought Meave Binchey was a bit "racy" though. Bless.

Or if you have time make a family photo album for her. We did one for my Grandma and had photos of her childhood we found right through to her great grandchildren. Was lovely to sit with her while she talked about the photos to
