What price were you looking to buy it at? Amazon have it at £49.99

playmobil's own website?

It's £30 at Hamleys.

£50 is too much.

I think up to £40 would be ok.

This e-bay seller doesn't have much history, but it's a fab price here

Do you think it looks ok?

Looks ok to me - they have 100% +ve feedback, so should be ok.

I have sprout envy Xmas Envy!!

Apologies, I thought you meant you'd looked on Hamleys online.

That's what I want but I've not bought a lot on e-bay before so needed some other opinions - thanks!

Wish DH was here to offer his opinion - he's away with work until Friday, not very easy to contact by phone (well phoning him is easy, him actually answering is a different matter!) and hopelessly unreliable at looking at his e-mails!!

Think I might go for that one then.

I've bought on eBay quite a bit (including Playmobil) and I think even if someone hasn't been there long, if they have good feedback they are probably reliable. That would only be £40 inc delivery.

Lol at your sprout envy Chippy!

I can't find it on heritage gifts - it just offers links to loads of other places Blush

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure I'd buy that one, they're in the Czech Republic, it may not get here on time.

If you Google Heritage gifts, then click on Toys. Then click on Playmobil. Then click on Playmobil remote controls, you should find it....

I have bought from Heritage gifts before, their delivery is usually fairly quick.

Thanks, I didn't put a hypen in the web address!

Just off to see what they've got.

Now I'm in a dither!

Not sure about e-bay in case it doesn't arrive on time.

Think I'll phone playmobil, Hamleys and Heritage gifts in the morning and make a decision once I've spoken to them all!

I wanted to order it tonight, but I guess another few hours isn't too long really.

Have you decided yet Xmas Smile?

Playmobil are completely out of stock for this year.

Hamleys don't know when they will get more stock (probably not for a while I would think!!)

Heritage gifts have 2 in stock - one is earmarked for me - hooray Xmas Grin

Phew - that's a lesson learnt not to leave things once we've decided that we want them!

Thank you everybody for your help and ideas.
