Making Christmas pudding - is it just too late now?

Due to constant illness of either me or the children since October, I have all the ingredients of my Christmas pudding sitting in the pantry, uncooked. Is there any point in me making it now, or should I just buy one this year?

I would normally have made it in October but there has almost constantly been someone being sick, and it seemed unfair to steam a smelly pudding for 8 hours!

Oh I was hoping that would be the case! Bought pudding is never as nice. OK I will make it later then, thanks!

Best of luck with it - you will be delighted when your kitchen is filled with lovely aromas all afternoon! Grin
