This is a lovely shop in my home town which also has an online shop, they have some lovely traditional toys (although I prefer the grown-ups section myself!)

Toy Ahoy - we found this little gem of a shop in Minehead, owned by the loveliest, kindest man who couldn't have been more helpful. I'll happily pass on their details smile

I've used Holz Toys in the past.

Based in Cornwall. Standard delivery is usually amazingly quick, and service is great.

Forgot to add, Plan Toys (I think they're based in Germany) are brilliant. Holz stock them, but it might be worth seeing if you can find any on Ebay.

You can also just search wooden toys on amazon. They stock plan, pintoy,Melissa and doug, brio etc.
Would recommend the wooden wonder musical blocks, fab present. Also wooden trike or push along pram.
