It took just over a month to film. They actually worked around our schedules as we could only do visits during the weekend. I believe Kirsty was helping another couple at the same time as Phil was helping us

I never understand why people need help to find a house. It’s such a personal thing. Why would you move to completely random parts of town chosen by people who do not live there?

Phil was lovely, we only briefly spent time with Kirsty but she was nice too. We put about 20k into the house. I think we may be able to make 75k profit but we don't plan on selling.

Neither me nor my husband were that strict on criteria except area and no new builds (I just don't like them). They got us a beautiful in the exact location we wanted

We saw Phil every weekend for a month. He showed us 7 houses but the show only showed us looking at 3
