| The Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation Gives a full and clear explanation of twin to twin transfusion syndrome (TTS), a disease of the placenta which endangers identical twins during pregnancy and is reckoned to kill 4000 babies a year in the US alone. The symptoms of TTS are easy to spot and when diagnosed early the dangers can be much reduced. So it's well worth visiting if you're expecting identical twins. |
