"Brilliant park for familys…"
11-Jul-2012
We stayed at this park after the disapointment of having to leave another local site. The staff were very accomidating, friendly and helpfull. The park and facilities are clean and open. The site had been flooded 2 days before and everyone said how great the staff had been moving people quickly to a safer part of the site.
The lesure facilities are next to none with a 4mill pound swimming complex restaurant and bowling (small charge for bowling) There is evening entertainment with Jon, Lee, Kev which is stuck in a timewarp but great and flopper! There is a horse riding stable on site where for a small charge you can ride the horses or donkeys. They have a large supermarket style shop and a fantastic private beech, which in the sunshine would be beautiful. If you dont fancy camping they have caravans for hire on site, there are several playgrounds and I noticed a golf course (we didnt try it out)
The site was spacious and our son loved riding up and down with the other kids. We had a great if a little wet end to our holiday, and I know we will be back...
