This is a wonderful campsite and very family friendly. Plenty of room for family size tents and a nice enclosed children's play area with trampoline and adventure play area.
It has a good shop on site, perfect for ice-creams when it gets warm and just down stream is possibly one of the best river swimming spots we have ever found. There is Eskdale railway near by and not too far from the beach either.
Good toilet and shower facilities and families with young children can get a key to the family room to make bathing and showering easier.Read moreLess2 people found this review helpful.
