"Traditional camping - lovely play…"
We've been here almost every year since dd was 1 (now 8). It's not a bells and whistles campsite - if you want that go to Ruda on the other side of the village. But if you want well-kept pitches, plenty of space, amazing sea views and a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere then I'd really recommend it.
There is a nice fairly basic play area which is at the top of the field (so kids can't 'escape'!), lots of hot showers, an on-site fish and chip shop and fresh bread and croissants in the morning (but only when it's busy enough to justify baking them).
The staff are very friendly and helpful - it seems to be family run and we see the same faces every year.
It's about a 10 minute walk from the beach and a five-minute walk into the village.Read moreLess
